Maicky is born and brought up in India and completed his Nursing education India came to United Kingdom to do BSc Honours in Nursing studies from Liverpool John Moore’s University in 2011. Maicky has worked in various health care settings as a care assistant before he got NMC registration as registered nurse after completing Overseas Nursing Program from Northampton University in 2016. Maicky is an enthusiastic registered adult nurse with experiences in various health care settings both private and NHS hospital. A conscientious professional committed in improving standards of care through evaluation of practice, knowledge of research and lifelong learning. While working in the various health care settings, Maicky love the idea of being involved to support people in promoting independence and stay in their home happily. I couldn’t miss the chance of being able to build a bespoke services to our clients and their families to promote it, as our motto is ‘Our Care In Your home’ that’s really unique.

I think the best part starting MK24/7 care is that we emphasise that we put on individuals- we really want to be a positive part of people’s lives. We can create home, a place where you can feel independent even while being supported. I believe that this stage’s of life doesn’t have to be seen as the final chapter, it will be the best Chapter!

As a part MK24/7 CARE registration process Maicky went through CQC application and interview and has been CQC registered Manager for the MK24/7 CARE.
